Curriculum

God has provided a vision for our curriculum which will ensure we are truly Christ-centered in our approach, where academic excellence is maintained, yet God is not abandoned. The core subjects in the elementary program are grammar, phonics, spelling, reading, literature, writing, penmanship, mathematics, science, social studies, and Bible. Latin is introduced in third grade. Art, music, computer and physical education are taught weekly to all students.
The core subjects in the middle school program are language arts, history, math, reading, science, Latin and Bible. Additional specials classes include Spanish in 7th and 8th grade and art, music, computer and physical education in 6th through 8th grade.
Mt. Bethel Christian Academy believes a strong relationship with God is a vital part of instruction. The Academy reinforces this relationship by providing students with an opportunity for praise and worship each week in chapel.
