Admission to Mt. Bethel Christian Academy is determined by an Admissions Committee. Decisions are based upon the school’s ability to meet the applicant’s needs, the teacher recommendation, the student’s academic record, transcripts and test scores.
To apply for admission to Mt. Bethel Christian Academy the following must be completed. Applications are not considered complete until the Academy receives the following forms. There are several ways to submit an application for admission to Mt. Bethel Christian Academy. You may:

Print the application and mail the completed form to MBCA.
CHECKLIST FOR COMPLETED APPLICATION FILES
To Be Completed/Received Before Registration Deadline:
- Application for Admission with photograph attached
- Payment of non-refundable application fee ($85.00)
- Payment of non-refundable assessment fee ($65.00)
- Teacher recommendation form (to be completed by teacher and mailed/faxed directly to the Academy)
- Copy of the student’s certified birth certificate
- Satisfactory score on assessment tests (see General Information for details on student assessment)
- Financial Aid Application (if applicable, see https://sss.ets.org/index.jsp or contact Admission Office )
To Be Received After Final Acceptance:
- Payment of non-refundable tuition deposit ($1000.00)
- Enrollment Contract
- Completed Georgia Department of Human Resources School Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231)
- Completed Georgia Department of Human Resources School Certificate of Ear, Eye and Dental Examinations (Form 3300)
All medical forms are available through your private practitioner or local health clinic.
