You Fed Me

On Friday, February 1, the entire Mt. Bethel Christian Academy community will come together for an unparalleled service opportunity. You Fed Me takes its name from the passage in Matthew 25 where God tells us that when we feed someone who is hungry, it is as though we are feeding Him.

The incredible goal of the You Fed Me campaign is 100,000 meals and 100% involvement of the MBCA student community.  An effort of this magnitude will also require enormous support from our parents and grandparents.  An estimated volunteer staff of 50-75 will be asked to help setup, cleanup and, importantly, help our teachers assist our younger students with their meal packing.  There will be much work to do and we will need many caring hands to do it.

What can you do to support the You Fed Me campaign?

Pray - What we are attempting to do in God’s name has not been done on our campus or any other in the Atlanta area.  We need God’s favor and blessing to achieve our goal.

Give - The ingredients for each meal we pack costs just 25 cents but multiplied by 100,000 meals, means that we will need to raise $25,000 to fund our event.  If God places it on your heart to financially support our efforts, please mark your check with “You Fed Me” or give online.

Volunteer - An event of this magnitude will not be successful without the support of many parent and grandparent volunteers.  Whether you are able to spare an hour or the full day, your help is needed.
