The Mt. Bethel Christian Academy faculty and staff are an energetic, hardworking team of educators and administrators, dedicated to educating the whole student in knowledge, wisdom and understanding.  A spirit of excellence and teamwork infuses all we do.  Faculty and staff at Mt. Bethel Christian Academy are expected not only to teach, but also to model the Christian values that the Academy imparts to its students.

Founded in 1998, Mt. Bethel Christian Academy is a mission of Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church.  The Academy currently serves students in grades K-8.  As part of the Academy's mission to provide a rigorous, Christ-centered academic program, each lower school classroom teacher is assisted by a full time aid.

Specialists teach physical education, music, band, chorus, art, foreign language, technology and library.  All faculty and staff members must be computer literate and are expected to possess word processing skills, knowledge of the Internet and email, and familiarity with ways to integrate computer programs into the curriculum. 

Working at Mt. Bethel Christian Academy provides opportunities for personal and professional growth in a dynamic and growing community.  Because the Academy is continually growing and developing, new faculty members join the team each year.  Particular attention is given to orienting new faculty members both in advance of the school year and on an on-going basis.  The teaching staff is given ample time to collaborate, plan and learn from one another.  Opportunities include:
