American Sign Language Club
Mr. Klinger, the American Sign Language teacher at the Upper School, leads our Eagles Junior American Sign Language (ASL) Club. The objective of the ASL Club is to give everyone an opportunity to become familiar with the ASL linguistic as an official language, just like other languages including Spanish, Latin, etc. The club meets weekly after school to learn about Deaf culture, play different ASL/Deaf culture games, learn about career opportunities in ASL interpreting or Deaf education, and make friends with Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing people.
If your Middle School student is interested in joining the Eagles Junior ASL Club for next year, please email Mr. Klinger.
