From Alison Stephens, Director of Development:
Mt. Bethel Christian Academy is a nonprofit, tax-exempt entity and receives no funds from any government agency. The Academy’s operations depend entirely on its own resources, tuition, and fundraising through special events and campaigns. All gifts to the Academy are tax-deductible.
Tuition does not cover the full cost to educate our students. The Academy's Annual Fund provides critical, unrestricted dollars for our award-winning technology, fine arts, and athletics programs, plus professional development, spiritual development, and tuition assistance. MBCA tuition covers roughly 94% of the annual operating budget – the remainder comes from the generous support from faculty, staff, parents, grandparents, and our Board of Trustees.
Mt. Bethel Christian Academy intentionally keeps tuition priced relatively low to ensure that a quality, academically superior, Christ-centered education is available to as many families as possible. As a result, the gap between tuition revenue and actual costs must be made up from other contributions and fundraising activities.
Please know that every gift makes an immediate impact at MBCA. For more information, or to make a gift to the Annual Fund, please click here. Thank you for your support and your partnership as we develop the hearts and minds of our students to be confident, compassionate, successful, and ready to stand for Christ!
