Matt has more than 20 years of real estate development and construction experience. Most recently, Matthew’s expertise has been applied to managing build-to-suit retail developments throughout the Southeast. Matt has assisted private investment firms and financial institutions with acquisition and development through Woodland Asset Management, LLC.

Additionally, Matt has worked with The Columns Group; Jim Cowart Residential; R.J. Griffin and Company in Atlanta; Gwinnett Partners; and Eagle Real Estate Advisors.
