A: I am excited to be at MBCA and have the opportunity to teach in an environment where faith and learning go hand in hand.
What is your all-time favorite sports team?
A: Alabama Crimson Tide
What is your favorite Bible verse, and why?
A: Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." This became my favorite verse when my youngest son was diagnosed at 16 years old with bone cancer and he faced a year of treatment. He has been in remission for 11 years! What are three fun facts about yourself?
A: My hometown is "The Hit Recording Capital of the World." Earth, Wind, and Fire has a song about my birthday!
I recently lived in Mount Airy, North Carolina, also known as "Mayberry," - Andy Griffith's hometown.
What is your favorite book?
A: The Little House on the Prairie series by Laura Ingalls Wilder
