Your Mt Bethel Boys Basketball team ended the season Tuesday night with a victory on the road against the defending Single A Public State Champions BEST Academy 58 - 47. Behind the 24 points and 5 rebounds from Cadien Hudson and 18 points and 4 rebounds from Roman Avery, the Eagles were able to win their 11th straight game. Nate Robinson played very good defense holding their top player to only 9 points, when he scored 45 points the previous game against Mount Paran. Dennis Esemuede chipped in 8 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. We improve to 19 - 5 overall and 14 - 1 in the Region which puts us tied for first place in the Region but we will be the #2 seed for the Region Tournament which takes place on Monday Feb 16th at 7:00 p.m.
