Mt Bethel wins on a Game buzzer shot!!

Being short handed tonight, with two starters out due to illness and a 3rd starter not 100%, this was a gutty team win! Several players stepped up in the big win! Freshman Cadien Hudson scored a game high 25 points and hit the game winner with just 1 second on the clock. Roman Avery hit 4 three pointers and scored 24 points. Cadien also dished out 5 assists and grabbed 6 rebounds and had 4 steals. Alex Hedden, Asher Adams and Alex Kuimjian all stepped up on both ends of the floor. Freshman Justin Lamisere and Liam McTeer played solid minutes and hit some big shots. Dennis Esemuede scored 6 points and did a solid job around the basket. Great team win in excitng fashion on a last second shot by Cadien. He went the length of the floor in 6 seconds and took the shot with less than 2 seconds on the clock. He made the shot and got fouled with .8 seconds left. He missed the free throw on purpose so Mount Paran had no chance to get a shot off. We improve to 9 - 5 overall and 4 - 1 in the very tough Region 6 A basketball region.
